Dunes Village Resort:
The Dunes Village Resort has been rated one of the top ranked resorts in the Country by TripAdvisor. Oceanfront and oceanview condominiums from studios, 1BR’s, 2BR’s, 3BR’s and 4BR’s comprise a magnificent development, located in one of the most desirable residential neighborhoods in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina’s “Golden Mile”. Over 250 condos and X million in sales volume.
Sands Beach Houses:
The Sands Beach Houses make up a small community of 11 second row, high end beach homes. The builder completed 2 spec homes without producing sales, our Project Sales Division successful sold and closed both homes, within the same month in early 2011, allowing the developers to break ground and begin new construction when no one else is building a similar product.
Paradise Resort:
The Paradise Resort is a 5yr old development, an investment group took over the final/unsold 18 condos in a X unit, oceanfront high-rise property. Our sales division immediately began selling inventory upon hiring.
Atlantica Resort:
The Atlantica Resort encompasses 3 oceanfront phases in a popular downtown stretch of Myrtle Beach. We worked closely with an investment and management group to value inventory, determine needed repairs and upgrades that would benefit not only the sales investment strategy but also produce buyers that would support the long term goals of the management side. Producing immediate sales upon release of the initial inventory.
